Of course, someone saying their meal is safe usually helps a little, but not as much as by seeing safe ingredients first hand. This is only one of the many ways in which I as a part of this community found people, including myself stressed about dining.

When I talk to others about this issue, many people say that this is 'doing to much' or 'being too picky'. I think otherwise. There is no certainty in anything, but making the population more comfortable is something that I truly think is more important and we should consider in the future.

Whether it's regulations, more awareness, or laws put in place, listing ingredients makes dining so much easier because it's one less thing to worry about.
